Have you ever stopped to think about what makes your business so good? If you’re not there yet, what do you think will make the difference?
Do you think a £60K laser machine is the magic ingredient? If you bought a Laser for £60K – will that make your business successful?
You might think – YES Rachael – that is the answer. Perhaps you’ve even got your eye on the machine?!
Well this might come as a shock to you, but the machine is not going to make you successful. In fact it could actually do the opposite – and cripple you! Read that again.
I’m, not joking.
How do I know? Because I’ve done it many times….
Don’t get me wrong, if you want to offer a specific treatment then you will need the equipment. That bit’s true. So to achieve long lasting hair reduction you’ll need a Laser or an IPL. But the key is, the brand of the laser will make no difference to your success at all.
Of course you need a machine which works, is reliable and produces good results. The brand name of the Laser is one of the least important things.
I can hear you gasp right now… ‘OF COURSE THAT MATTERS’
But I promise you IT DOES NOT MATTER.
- The big brand names want you to believe that their machine is a ‘must-have’.
- They want to you to believe that your clients want the brand name.
- They want you to believe that you can only charge your worth because of their machine.
- They want you to believe that you’ll only make a profit because of their brand.
NONE OF IT IS TRUE!
The truth is that…
- Yes you need equipment to offer a service and deliver results.
- The brand of the machine is irrelevant.
- 99% of your clients don’t have a clue about brands of equipment. (Test it yourself, I’ve been testing it for 10 years)
- The price you charge has nothing to do with the brand.
- YOUR SUCCESS AND THE PRICE YOU CHARGE HAS EVERYTHING TO DO WITH YOU.
So how do you go about getting the right piece of equipment which does the job, and doesn’t cost the earth?
